Arataki School Block J Refurbishment

This project was initiated by the Board of Trustees and the Ministry of Education as part of the school 10YPP.

5YA funding was allocated to support this project, with a lead designer appointed to oversee the refurbishment works. Following an open tender process, Facilitate Group was engaged as the Main Contractor.

The scope of works included a full internal refurbishment of two classrooms, including the transformation of an existing cloakroom and storeroom. The upgrade introduced a new kitchen and dedicated art room, enhancing the functionality and learning environment.

Both classrooms were comprehensively modernised over an 11-week construction period.
