Bethlehem Shopping Centre

We’ve recently completed the hot washing and fresh repaint of the two central blocks at Bethlehem Shopping Centre, just in time for the busy Christmas shopping season.

As one of Tauranga’s most well-known and well-loved retail destinations, the centre deserved a crisp, revitalised look heading into its peak period. Our team worked efficiently around traders and foot traffic, using hot washing to strip away built-up grime and environmental residue before applying a durable new paint finish. The result is a brighter, cleaner, and more inviting hub for shoppers as the holiday rush begins.

The project started on October 1, 2025, and was completed on November 20, 2025, meeting all milestones and finishing on schedule.

Environmental & Equipment Management: Careful handling of water, hot washing equipment, and potential overspray was essential.

Restricted Access: Carparks, footpaths, and busy public areas limited equipment placement and required daily coordination.
