Elizabeth Street Carpark

Facilitate Group, in collaboration with Tauranga City Council, has completed a maintenance refresh of the Elizabeth Street Carpark, including hot washing, strategic traffic management, and a focus on enhancing the carpark’s cleanliness and curb appeal.

At Facilitate Group, proactive problem-solving is at the heart of our approach. Identifying potential issues before they arise gives us the edge to develop and maintain effective solutions for our clients. The first stage, which comprised a maintenance plan for this building, was Hot Washing.

Project Objectives & Constraints

The car park stayed open throughout the project; with strategic traffic management plans, we carefully managed our work areas, cordoning them off from the public with road cones and clear signage to minimise disruption to vehicles and pedestrians.

Project Outcome

Our Hot Washing services offer numerous benefits, including effective dirt removal with hot water and no chemicals, preventing damage to buildings, enhancing customer curb appeal, and regular maintenance, reducing the need for costly repairs and maintenance. This was a great summer project, and the outcome was a very clean carpark!
