Our client, a private commercial body corporate, engaged us to manage and deliver the project on their behalf.

Coordinating with multiple tenancies and our client, we successfully managed a range of services, including building repairs, exterior hot-washing, gutter cleaning, roof treatment, painting of exterior posts, and electrical works. All activities were completed on time and to a high standard, while maintaining public safety and ensuring uninterrupted trading for all stores.
