Office Renovation
Following the departure of the previous tenant, our client required a full renovation of 1,117.8m² of office space to prepare it for new occupants.
The brief was to deliver a professional, contemporary environment that feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for immediate tenancy.
- Replacement of all carpet tiles throughout the tenancy
- Complete interior re-paint in modern, neutral tones
- New privacy frosting to meeting room glazing
- Repairs and upgrades to the existing kitchenette
- Installation of new blinds for improved light control
- Refurbishment of the entrance lobby to enhance first impressions.
The result is a revitalised office environment that combines functionality with modern design, offering an attractive and versatile space for incoming tenants.

Project Objectives & Constraints
The primary objectives of the office renovation were to modernise the workplace, creating a professional and contemporary environment, optimising the office layout to support flexibility, and meeting future business needs. Some of the constraints were timeline restrictions, which required that all work be completed within the scheduled timeframe to avoid operational delays.
All renovations complied with building codes, health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations and accessibility requirements. Noise and disruption activities were planned to reduce the noise and disturbance to other tenants within the building.
