Papamoa Sands Road Washing

The project at Papamoa Sands, initiated by the Freedom Lifestyle Village, involved cleaning, repairs, and upgrades across 11,000 square meters of roads and pathways.

This project was initiated by Papamoa Sands a Freedom Lifestyle Village, completed by our team in six days, comprising of approximately 11,000 square meters of road and pathway washing, new concrete driveway slabs, repairs and new seals to existing damaged road and pathways.

Project Objectives & Constraints

Minimise Disruption: Working within a lifestyle village it was paramount for our team to work around residents, monitoring noise levels, any slip or trip hazards, implementing traffic management plans and completing works between set-times provided by the village.
Project Program Management: Our project manager worked closely with the Village Manager on providing a strategic program for all works to be completed, that suited both management, residents and other contractors working on site. Progress reports were provided to the VM.
Budget Management: Complete the project within the allocated budget whilst maintaining quality and work efficiency.
Health & Safety: Facilitate Groups, known for its comprehensive Health & Safety documentation, we provided maps and detailed scope of works of each area, and each day to the residents, so all were clear on the targets to be achieved.

Project Outcome

Enhance Aesthetic Appeal: Enhancing the grounds of the Village was the top priority for our client, as well as maintaining the roads and pathways and ensuring that all repairs were completed to a high standard.
