Spring Street Carpark

Facilitate Group, in collaboration with Tauranga City Council, has completed the refresh of the Spring St Carpark in the city centre, including a building wash, repainting, unique vinyl designs, and upgrades to the electrical system and lighting.

As part of the Tauranga City Councils redevelopment plans for the Central Business District, Spring Street Carpark was a priority. Our FG experts completed a wide range of work including, building washing, painting of all the carpark levels, including stencil artwork and signage, brightening each level with a unique look. A full upgrade of all the electrical systems and new lighting was also installed at the main entrance and stairwells.

The car park stayed open throughout the 5-month project, and we carefully managed our work areas, cordoning them off from the public with road cones and clear signage to minimise disruption.

Project Outcome
