We recently finished a Tauranga CBD office fitout, turning 1,117m² of commercial space into a modern and welcoming place for new tenants.
After the last tenants moved out, our goal was to create a fresh, professional workspace that looks modern and works well for different needs. The space is designed to be attractive and flexible for whoever moves in next.
Scope of Work
- Replacement of all carpet tiles
- Full interior repaint
The finished fitout has brought new life to the whole floor, making it a high-quality space that helps people work well and makes a strong first impression.

Our main goal for this office fitout was to update the space and create a professional, modern workplace. We designed it with a flexible layout so it can suit different types of businesses, while still looking polished and up-to-date. All works were completed in compliance with relevant building codes, health and safety standards, fire regulations, and accessibility requirements.
